DESCRIPTION
This is the one to start with: deep, dark and unapologetically chocolatey.
Grounded Pleasures sources cocoa from renowned growing regions and uses much of the cocoa bean, creating a drinking chocolate with a naturally generous cocoa-butter content and an especially rich texture in the cup.
Forastero cocoa brings strength and depth, with a touch of Trinitario contributing lifted fruit notes reminiscent of plum, dried cherry and sun-dried muscatel.
Taste & character: Intense dark chocolate, subtle dried fruit and a long, velvety finish.
How to enjoy: Whisk into hot milk until glossy and smooth. Add marshmallows if the moment calls for it.
