DESCRIPTION
Vibrant in colour and beautifully smooth, Hikari Reserve is an organic matcha blend grown in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.
The tea is shade-grown for up to three weeks before harvest and blends Yabukita, Okumidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivars, creating a cup with rich umami and a delicate natural sweetness.
It has enough character to enjoy simply with water, while remaining smooth and balanced when made into a latte.

Origin: Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.
How to enjoy: Whisk with hot water and enjoy straight, or add your preferred milk for a matcha latte. Each 100g bag makes around 50 serves.
